Session for first-time attendees

This session is designed to support delegates who are new to ARMA conferences to make the most of their time in Edinburgh. Attendees will hear about the presenters’ own first-time conference experiences, learn about the conference format and be supported to meet other delegates in an inclusive and welcoming environment. They should leave with an understanding of what the conference has to offer and a group of “friendly faces” to support networking.

 

The session will include the following:

• An overview of what to expect at the conference and reflections on the presenters’ own first-time conference experience

• Conversations in small groups. Optional question prompts will be provided to guide discussions. Attendees can participate at whatever level they feel most comfortable.

• Tips to make the most of the conference

 

Although the session is designed for delegates at the ARMA conference for the first time, anyone else who feels they would benefit from some support with networking is very welcome to attend.
